More than half of the teachers in mainstream education consider inclusive education – where children with disabilities go to ‘normal’ school – to be a positive thing for society. However, 82% of teachers say that it is practically not feasible. This is shown by a survey of 900 teachers conducted by VRT News and the East Flemish regional channel AVS.
